The concept was built around a simple operating difference: instead of handing guests an axe and stepping away, Bullseye places a coach with every lane to teach grip, stance and release, run games, keep score and guide the experience.
The business has expanded beyond axe throwing into broader group entertainment. Bullseye describes every axe session as a private lane with a personal coach, all required gear, games and a photoshoot at the end. Burr Ridge and Glenview add the Raging Bull rage room, giving groups a second format built around protective equipment, bats, hammers, breakables and a controlled environment designed for letting off steam.

Bullseye markets team-building offsites, client entertainment, birthdays and celebrations with dedicated coaches and tournament formats; its corporate page says groups can range from small teams to large events.
